Mary Chigumira

Mary is the founder and the Executive Director of Unlimited Hope Alliance registered as a Trust in Zimbabwe in December 2020 ( pending PVO registration). She is a teacher by profession, has been in the teaching field for 9 years. She is experienced in Program/Project management with over 15 years of working in managing the implementation of complex and short term and protracted humanitarian projects in developing countries including fragile countries. She has covered work in technical sectors such as child protection, Education, Food Security, Livelihoods, Gender and Protection.

Leonard Katandika

Leornard has vast experience in the finance field. He holds a Diploma in Banking and has worked with local organizations controlling the financial operations, controlling spending and funding process, taking charge of finance and accounting activities, administering financial systems, employee pay record, monitoring expenditures and budgets, approving invoices, issuing receipts, ensuring delivery of financial reports on time, heading the team in fund raising efforts. He possesses budgeting skills, financial skills, sound financial planning, strategic and quality management and ability to deal with complexity.

Onismo Chipangura

Onismo has vast business experience spanning across a variety of industries gained at every senior level of the various organizations he has worked for. He is qualified in strategic planning and management, Marketing, Quality Management Systems Building and Administration. Currently he manages a business that focuses on electrical products, distribution, infrastructural development and consultancy. He holds a Masters in Business Management (MBA), Executive Diploma, Environmental Management, and Systems Certificate. He has held the following positions, Senior Executive Marketing, Group Quality Systems Manager, General Manager, and Organization and Methods Officer.

Lynette Simon

Lynette is a consultant with over 25 years’ experience developing and implementing programming in Africa. She holds a Masters’ in Intercultural Development.  She specializes in promoting Africans to take responsibility for development programming through inclusions of communities and targeted groups in all phases of programme development and implementation.

Thomson L. Kandemiri

Thomson has vast experience in working with the youth and he is qualified in Business marketing, Management and Accounting.
